The ASSOW and Atentenbenhene Foundation Ghana's Collaborative Donation to Accra Rehabilitation Center and Dodowa Potters Village on 21st and 23rd December 2023.

The Association of Students of Social Work (ASSOW) joined forces with the Atentenbenhene Foundation Ghana in a collaborative effort to make a meaningful impact to residents of Accra Rehabilitation Center and Dodowa Potters Village.

The primary aim of this collaboration was to contribute essential resources to enhance the well-being of the residents at the Accra Rehabilitation Center and Dodowa Potters Village.

The generous donation was made, consisting of:

100 bags of cement

Bags of rice, gari and beans

Indomie noodles,

Tin fish

Cooking oil

Clothing items

Stationeries

Beverages and other necessities

The Dodowa Potters Village received a substantial portion of the donation, which included the 100 bags of cement to support infrastructure development. Additionally, provisions such as rice, beans, indomie, tin fish, oil, clothes, stationeries, and drinks were delivered to enhance the residents' daily lives.

The Accra Rehabilitation Center also benefited significantly from the collaboration, receiving a comprehensive assortment of items aimed at improving living conditions. The donated goods, ranging from staple food items to clothing, were intended to address both immediate and long-term needs of the community.
